The big man in the red suit visited our Kilskyre studio today and had his photo taken with Sunday, live to five presenter David Yeates before joining Dave inside to ring many of the children around Clonmellon and even as far away as Illinois in the United States.  The children had a chance to speak with Santa and even told him jokes and sang some Christmas songs,  Santa was joined by his helper Sparkles who helped Santa reading the list as silly Santa forgot his reading glasses when he left the North Pole.  Santa really enjoyed his visit to Clonmellon Community Radio and even took a few mince pies with him for the journey back to the North Pole.  He said he hopes to come back again next year and talk to the lovely boys and girls.
