 Joan Daly joined us near the end of a very long and tiring day and spoke about the amount of effort that goes into organising an event such as the potato festival. Joan also spoke about her time with Clonmellon Community Council

 The 2 Marthas joined us in the shed with Mum and Dad from Romania and we had a little chat about the festival. Mum and dad were too shy to chat so the girls did an amazing interview.  Dad eventually spoke into the microphone in his native tongue.

 John Wilson took a short break from running around to give us a quick update on how the mornings setup had gone and a weather report aswell as a quick update on the Tidy Towns.

Daniel from the Order of Malta was here at the Square with his team of professionals and an ambulance on standby for any accidents that may have happened during the days festivities.  Thankfully there were none.

Brendan & Mary were the people behing the wooden Arts & Crafts stall wher Brendan makes all his own products which have to be seen to be believed.

 James, Keane & Jerrimiah deopped by the shed to see our setup and have a quick chat about food and their love of online gaming

 Mandy at the candle stall had an amazing display of beautiful candles and told us about her business and gave a shout out for people to come on down to the square

Marian Garry had a quick chat with us while she was preparing some delicious food in the food tent.  She told us about the foods being cooked there and what ingredients were being used. (some audio dropout)

Marian Tighe called in to tell us about the Museum that she runs with Peadar Manning. She told us about some of the items they had on display and even for sale. Well worth a look.

Alan James from the Men's shed gave us a few minutes of his time and spoke about the shed and some of the projects they have undertaken during the year.  Alan sent out a call for other like-minded men to come on down and get involved.  No special skills required.
