Steven McKenna has had a long time love affair with radio, not just listening to it but broadcasting also. He has been involved with OYM (Open Your Mind Radio) as a co-host since 2010 with Alan James. He also co-hosts a 2-hour show with his wife every Thursday on Peoples Internet radio. Barbara-Ann cut her teeth with ease on internet radio in 2018, she was a natural talker and likes to interact with listeners and share common interest stories. She co-hosts her own radio show on Peoples Internet radio every week. Always up for a good chat and a nice cuppa tea. Barbara-Ann enjoys a lot of 80's music, alternative stuff... Samantha has been involved with the station since April 2020 when she joined Barbara-Ann as co-host and quiz-mistress on the Saturday night quiz, originally titled the Quarantine Quiz. Due to her busy schedule, Samantha guest-hosts now and then. You never know when she will make an appearance.

Tony Bergin has been involved with the station since May 2020 where we simulcast Tony's show from New Peoples Movement radio in Wexford where Tony highlights some of the great musical talents we have on this small island. Check out Tony's Country Wide Music Show Live each and every Saturday evening from 7 pm and the Wexford musicians show every Monday and Wednesday from 7 pm.

Alan James has been part of the station from the beginning. Alan and Steven spent 9 years as the Open Your Mind duo, where they interviewed many influential people as well as doctors, scientists and many more. Dermot Henry is a native of Clonmellon and is actively involved with many local projects. Dermot entertains the crowds as a local DJ and can be found spinning the tunes in the local pub from time to time. No stranger to the microphone Dermot and Andy Smith are a great comic duo and can be found MC'ing at the Potato festival which is held annually in the market square. In his spare time, Dermot is also involved with Brownstown Amateur dramatic society as well as a regular attraction/scare actor at the famous Causey farm. (Click the image above for more info.) |
Holly McKenna is the voice of many ads and jingles on Clonmellon Community Radio. Holly also interrupts shows from time to time LOL, she also records podcasts with Steven every now and then and likes to share her thoughts and stories with Clonmellon and the world.
